(February 17, 2015) What does a Michigan student’s education after high school look like, from beginning to end?
The postsecondary Student Pathways report on MI School Data displays student enrollment patterns and tracks students’ progress to receiving a degree or certificate, using a unique identification code to protect student confidentiality. Available only to educators with a secure login like guidance counselors, advisors, and college registrars, Student Pathways uses records from across a student’s academic career to tell their story.
Washtenaw Community College has created a set of Access database shells to help educators take a closer look at Student Pathways data. Once a college plugs in its Student Pathways report data, the shells generate reports on course outcomes, grades by subject, and more. Experienced Access users can also create their own queries and reports. Below is everything you need to get started.
